Online Video Tutorials
Watch and learn how to use your remote control for basic viewing and recording.  You will learn about the program guide, working with favorites, controlling live TV, recording programs and reminders, personal settings and parental controls.  (DVR set-top box is required for some features.) DVR – Digital Video Recorder
No need for a VCR.  This is the most current way to record your favorite television shows digitally!  DVR capability allows you to record your favorite show or series – even record two shows at the same time!   You can also rewind live TV and replay what was already shown.

Whole Home DVR is also available from WCCTA!  Record Once – Play in any room!  Now you can share all your DVR recorded programs with any other set-top box in your home.  There is no additional charge for this service; however, one DVR set-top box must be utilized in the home.

Control DVR Online
(Requires username and password from WCCTA)  Forgot to record your favorite show before you left home?  With access through the Internet you can check your call log, DVR recordings, TV guide and more.
