Our New Installation Packet includes:

Application Card:  As a cooperative, we do need you to complete an application for service that includes your social security number.  It requires the location for telephone service, billing address, present and previous employment information, previous telephone service and how you wish your name to appear in the telephone directory.

Long Distance Carrier:  Equal access gives you a chance to choose which long distance company you want for 1+ long distance calling.  Click here to see a list of available long distance carriers!

Advance: WCCTA may require a deposit.  A $35 advance on service is requested.

Installation Date:  Most importantly, we need to know when you wish to have telephone service installed.  (Services are pro-rated.)

Billing:  Installation charge for new service is $20.  This charge will be billed on your first telephone bill.  If you require a serviceman to come to your residence or business location, charges will be more.

If telephones were left at that residence, please let us know if you wish to rent them or return them to our office.

Bills are sent out the 1st of the month and are due on the 20th of each month.

Services are pro-rated and billed a month in advance.
