St. Peter's Lutheran Church was organized on April 23, 1933. The
congregation began worship services in the Community Church just
east of Woolstock, known as the "French Church". The present
church building was dedicated on August, 25, 1940 and is located on
Neville Street in the town of Woolstock.
On April 11, 1960 St. Peter's became part of a dual parish that was
formed with St. John's Lutheran Church of Vincent, Iowa.
By the Grace of God, St. Peter's has served its community of
believers for over sixty-eight years.
We invite you to come and join us in worship this Sunday. Our
services begin at 10:00 A.M. Our Sunday School is held during the
months of September through May, at 11:00 A.M.
