I contacted Dr. Sukraw this morning and indicated that you had not received a specific response from Larry Carlson. She indicated that she would see Larry today and that an e-mail or written response to your concerns would be completed within the next few days.

I am sorry that you have not received the prompt response I had anticipated. I will monitor this situation and make sure that a response is forthcoming.
