FLY - Click to see FLY in action

FLY (Federation of Lutheran Youth) is a group of fifth and sixth graders from the Countryside Co-op. FLY's goal is to build strong Christian relationships among peers and with adults in a way that will model how to be Christians in their everyday lives. They get together once a month to do community service projects and activities just for fun. Some of the activities that they’ve done so far are cosmic bowling, painting picnic tables for the Parks Board at two area parks, hold a lock-in in Gowrie, and bake and sell goodies to raise money for Christmas presents for some needy children in the area.
