As part of this year's theme we are “teaming up” with Iowa Network Services to do some very basic computer training in March. (March Madness- Is your computer driving you mad?) This introductory class for new Internet users demonstrates how to use Microsoft’s Internet Explorer, covers the most successful methods of making Internet searches, and how to block pop-ups and ads.
1:00 pm Home Networking
For customers looking to connect two or more computers at home, this course will show how to set up a network with the necessary equipment.
2:30 pm Small Business Networking
Issues include broadband for business, setting up a local area network, and the equipment needed for a LAN.

Subscribers can enjoy the full potential of Apple’s popular, free music program by learning how to install the program, import CD’s to the program’s library and download music and videos.
10:30 am Digital Photos
This one hour class introduces participants to a free piece of software that enables them to easily import, crop, adjust, and maniuplate digital photos. How to print your photos, have them printed and mailed to you, also how to simply shrink and e-mail them to others is included This is not a class on photography, but a tutorial on working with the resulting digital images.
